Despite all the <em>sturm und drang<\/em> of the Academy&#8217;s internal<br \/>\norganizational drama, cost overruns on the new Academy museum at Wilshire and<br \/>\nFairfax and strain to diversify its (still) white-dominant membership, the Oscars<br \/>\nrule, and not in a good way.
